OurĀ team is committed to a lifetime of learning. As a result, we sought opportunities for higher education and completed fellowships. We grew our expertise in areas such as policy development, working with LGBTQ populations, mental health, Deaf wellness, criminal justice, and legal issues. Often, these areas intersect and can plague organizations when they are caught short without having paid attention to their own internal policy development and staff training to see and appreciate the intersectionality of their teams and clients.
